Ten major drawbacks of traditional water boilers

Although the water boiler industry is relatively mature, advanced technology can provide people with safe and healthy drinking water. However, there are still some traditional water boilers on the market that are popular among users due to their low prices. Today we will reveal the top ten drawbacks of traditional water boilers.
The traditional water boilers we refer to are float ball and boiling water boilers. Its main drawbacks are:
1. Yin Yang water is produced. Because there is only one wooden box for mixing hot and cold water: there is a mixture of raw (cold) and cooked water (yinyang water).
2. High power consumption. There is no insulation layer between the water tank and the shell, relying solely on natural space for insulation, wasting heat energy, not energy-saving, and consuming electricity.
3. The vague concept of using only temperature indicators and red and green lights in the design raises doubts for some people about whether the water is running.
4. Poor safety. The upper part of the water heater only has one decorative cover, and there have been multiple cases of poisoning in real life, which is unsafe. The excess steam in the water tank is emitted upwards and combined with the internal air to form water droplets, which drip outwards from the top cover. Long term dripping forms water alkali, wasting heat energy and affecting aesthetics.
5. Slow heating speed. Depending on the power level, the first boiling time takes 40-75 minutes, and water cannot be taken in a timely manner, resulting in wasted time waiting.
6. Dry burning: The water in the water tank cannot be completely drained (because it is afraid of drying out and the faucet is positioned higher). It is generally stated that if the water is not filled, do not turn on the electricity, and dry burning without water is strictly prohibited. Therefore, the water tank always contains old and leftover boiling water.
7. A thousand boiling water. When taking some hot water, the float opens the valve as the water level drops. At this time, cold water enters the water tank and mixes with the original hot water, resulting in mixed water (Yin Yang water). At this time, it needs to wait for 20-50 minutes and be repeatedly heated before it can be used, which wastes time. The remaining boiling water in the original water tank, when repeatedly heated, can easily form harmful substances such as "nitrite" that are medically known to the human body. Long term consumption of this water is not conducive to people's health.
8. Poor stability. Using traditional float valves to control water level, the float is prone to scaling and rotting when immersed in water for a long time, making it insensitive, causing loss of control, and leading to overflow of boiling water, which is prone to breakfast accidents and unsafe.
9. Not aesthetically pleasing. The cold water inlet design is located on the side of the product and is connected by a hard pipe, which affects its appearance. When cleaning, dead corners cannot be cleaned, and during maintenance, it cannot be moved
10. Poor insulation performance. When the water is full and no one is taking it, due to only one decorative cover, heat dissipation is fast, and there is no insulation layer, the water temperature drops quickly. Heating and insulation use a common high-power heating element, which consumes less energy.
